Will Power is an established professional driving solo in the IndyCar Series, where he races the No. 26 Dallara-Honda for Andretti Global. Platinum-graded in endurance racing, he has spent nearly two decades as one of the series' most consistent competitors. His career spans 20 seasons from 2005 to the present, built primarily on his IndyCar record; he also holds a brief Formula V8 3.5 campaign from 2005 and made a single appearance in IMSA WeatherTech sportscar racing in 2026.[1]

Power has won the IndyCar championship twice, in 2014 and 2022, across 310 starts in the series. He holds 43 IndyCar wins and 107 podiums, establishing him as one of the most successful drivers in the championship's history. His IndyCar career spans both oval racing, where he has started 151 of his 310 times, and the road and street courses that make up the remainder. His early single-seater racing in Formula V8 3.5 saw him take two wins and four podiums across 11 starts with Carlin Motorsport in 2005. In 2026, he contested a multiclass endurance race in IMSA WeatherTech's GTDPRO class, finishing on the podium in his sole start.[2]

He races regularly against Scott Dixon, a five-time IndyCar champion and Platinum-graded professional with whom he remains closely matched across their many meetings. Graham Rahal, a Gold-graded established professional and another regular IndyCar opponent, has proved similarly competitive company. Among the elite professionals he has faced, Power has beaten Alex Palou 44 times; Palou has won five IndyCar championships since 2021 and currently leads the 2026 standings. Power sits tenth in the 2026 IndyCar championship after 18 rounds run so far, with five podiums accumulated to date.
