🇺🇸 Sheena Monk

Sheena Monk is an entry-level professional racing in the IMSA WeatherTech Championship, a multiclass endurance series in which crews of drivers share GT3 cars across the GTD class. She races the No. 16 Mustang for Myers Riley Motorsports and holds a FIA Bronze grading, the amateur-level categorisation in endurance racing. Monk has been active since 2020, with seven seasons recorded across two IMSA series totalling 63 starts.[1]

Her record spans IMSA Pilot Challenge from 2020 to 2022, where she scored a win and four podiums in 30 starts with JG Wentworth Racing by PF Racing, and IMSA WeatherTech from 2023 onwards. In WeatherTech she has taken one podium from 33 starts; she sits 26th in the championship standings so far through eight completed rounds of the 2026 season. Monk has beaten drivers of significantly higher standing on occasion, including Chase Briscoe, an elite professional and former ARCA Menards Series champion, three times, and Kyle Kirkwood, an elite professional and multiple-time champion in Indy NXT and Formula Regional Americas, once.[2]

Against the regulars she faces most often, Monk typically finishes behind them. She races Robby Foley and Trent Hindman repeatedly; both are Gold-graded professionals with championships in IMSA series to their credit, and both outrun her more often than not. The field at this level mixes amateurs with graded professionals, and Monk's record of occasional strong results among established competition reflects the demands of that grid.
