Alex Lynn is a professional endurance racing driver rated at 6,087, placing him among established professionals competing at the sharp end of world-class fields. His FIA Platinum categorisation denotes a full professional in sportscar and endurance racing. Over 15 seasons and 204 starts, Lynn has built a career primarily in prototype racing, with notable success in the World Endurance Championship and broader experience across Formula racing and Formula E.[1]

Lynn's single-seater career saw him win the 2014 GP3 Series with Carlin and finish sixth in both the 2015 and 2016 GP2 Series driving for DAMS, where he accumulated 5 wins across 39 starts. He contested the FIA Formula 3 European Championship across 2012 and 2013 with Prema Powerteam, recording 3 wins and 16 podiums from 38 starts, and showed racecraft in Formula 3 Macau with 2 wins in 4 starts. A brief Formula E campaign with Mahindra Racing between 2017 and 2020 yielded 31 starts and 1 win.
