Kevin Ceccon is an Italian professional racing driver, graded FIA Gold, who raced single-driver touring cars and open-wheel support series at the national and international level. His primary campaign came in the FIA World Touring Car Cup with Team Mulsanne from 2018 to 2019, where he took five podiums across 30 rounds and finished 13th in the championship. Earlier, he competed in GP2 and GP3 between 2011 and 2015, winning twice in GP3 for Arden International and taking a podium in GP2 for Trident Racing.[1]
Ceccon finished his racing career at the established professional level. Across 99 starts in four championships, he scored three wins and twelve podiums, with a rating of 5,052. In touring cars, he proved closely matched with Frรฉdรฉric Vervisch, a Gold-graded professional who raced the same series extensively, while he usually finished behind Thed Bjork, the 2017 World Touring Car Champion. In the junior open-wheel series, he beat drivers who would go on to reach elite professional status, among them Mitch Evans, who went on to race 116 Formula E rounds, and Alex Palou, the four-time IndyCar champion.[2]
