Tim Zimmermann is a retired Austrian professional-level endurance and GT racing driver, ranked 4,779, placing him in the professional band; this means he competed at the sharp end of sportscar and one-make GT fields and was capable of beating semi-professional drivers consistently. He held an FIA Silver grading, the professional classification for drivers in GT and endurance racing who are typically early-career or young, and raced across four seasons from 2015 to 2023 with 59 starts in total.[1]

Zimmermann's primary focus was ADAC GT Masters, where he recorded 28 starts for Huber Racing between 2021 and 2023, scoring 2 wins and 3 podiums. His head-to-head record against frequent rivals tells a story of competitive consistency; he finished ahead of Jannes Fittje 26 times in 37 shared races, Marvin Dienst 21 times in 27, and Luca Engstler 21 times in 30, with Engstler and Dienst both graded at professional level.
