Over nine seasons from 2017 to 2026, he has competed in Italian F4, ADAC Formula 4, Formula Regional European, Formula 3, and Formula 2, most recently with MP Motorsport. He won the 2026 Formula 2 championship and the 2020 Italian F4 title with Prema Powerteam. Mini's record shows sustained progression through the junior categories. In Italian F4 he took four wins and twelve podiums from nineteen starts in 2020. He followed with one win in five ADAC Formula 4 starts that year, then moved to Formula Regional European with ART Grand Prix across 2021 and 2022, where he scored three wins and thirteen podiums over thirty-five starts. His two seasons in Formula 3 for Prema Racing yielded three wins and nine podiums from thirty-eight starts. In Formula 2 since 2024, he has taken two wins and thirteen podiums from forty-seven starts before clinching the 2026 title.[2]
Mini's competition has included established professionals and drivers who have reached elite level. He regularly races against Dino Beganovic, a 2022 Formula Regional European champion, and the pair are closely matched across multiple series. He has generally finished ahead of Sebastian Montoya, a Silver-graded professional. Among stronger drivers, he has beaten Isack Hadjar, an elite professional and Formula 1 driver, on ten occasions. He finished ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli, a generational talent now racing in Formula 1, once across their overlapping seasons. Prema Racing, his team for forty-nine of his starts, is among the sport's strongest junior operations and has fielded generational drivers including Charles Leclerc.
