Julián Leal is a Colombian former professional racing driver who competed across two major single-seater series during the 2009–2015 period. He began his career in Formula V8 3.5, where he made 26 starts between 2009 and 2010 with International Draco Racing, securing one podium finish but no victories. Leal subsequently competed in the GP2 Series from 2011 through 2015, driving for Carlin across 88 starts during that span.[1]
Over his GP2 tenure, Leal recorded four podium finishes without achieving a race victory, establishing himself as a consistent mid-field competitor in the series. His final season came in 2015, when he competed in 15 rounds and finished eighth in the championship standings.
