Nicolas Varrone is an Argentine racing driver currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Proton Competition. Coming up through the junior single-seater ranks before moving into sports car racing, Varrone has also built a reputation through his association with Corvette Racing as a factory driver, a role that reflects the endurance and GT-focused direction his career has taken. Over the course of his time in top-level competition, he has amassed 28 career starts, translating into 4 wins and 7 podium finishes, though he has yet to claim a championship title.[1]

In his current WEC campaign with Proton Competition, Varrone has started all 8 rounds of the 2026 season without a win or podium so far, leaving him P45 in the standings.
