🇬🇧 Tom Gamble

Tom Gamble is an established professional racing driver, FIA Gold graded, competing in international multiclass endurance racing. He drives for Heart of Racing Team in IMSA WeatherTech, where he has taken a win and seven podiums across 22 starts since 2021. His primary series are IMSA, the FIA World Endurance Championship with Aston Martin Thor Team, and the European Le Mans Series, where he won twice in 2021 and 2022. He raced single-seaters early in his career, winning twice in GB3 in 2018 before moving into prototype and GT racing; he joined McLaren as a factory driver in 2023.[1]

His endurance record spans 118 starts across eight years. In IMSA, he has consistently scored podiums in a competitive field and claimed his sole win in 2023. The European Le Mans Series brought early success; driving LMP2 prototypes for United Autosports, he won twice and took six podiums in twelve starts across two seasons. His GT racing includes campaigns in GT World Challenge Europe, where he has one podium across 24 starts for Garage 59, the British GT Championship with three podiums in ten starts for Optimum Motorsport across multiple classes, and the Asian Le Mans Series. His current WEC season sits ninth in the championship standings, with six rounds raced so far and more to come.[2]

Gamble regularly races against Platinum-graded established professionals including Raffaele Marciello, a three-time GT World Challenge Europe champion, and Dries Vanthoor, also a three-time GT World Challenge Europe champion, with whom he finishes closely matched and usually behind respectively. He has finished ahead of elite professionals including Franco Colapinto, whom he has beaten on three occasions, and Scott McLaughlin, a two-time Supercars champion and IndyCar regular, once. Heart of Racing Team, his base since 2021, has fielded 26 drivers and recorded 44 wins across the index.
