The ARCA Menards Series is an American stock car racing series founded in 1964, running sprint events at varied track types including superspeedways, road courses, and dirt surfaces. The field is entry-level professional, with a median rating well below the NASCAR national series and comparable to Trans-Am TA2. Drivers arrive primarily from NASCAR Xfinity and Truck Series, as well as from lower single-seater and endurance programmes, and the series functions as a stepping stone to NASCAR's national championships; most drivers move on to Cup, Xfinity or Truck. Corey Heim leads the current roster. The series sits firmly in the lower reaches of professional stock car racing, weaker than any of the national NASCAR tours but stronger than most of its arrival sources.
