IMSA WeatherTech is an endurance sportscar championship running GTP hybrid prototypes, GT3-based cars in two classes, and LMP2 prototypes across four classes. The field is established professional, led by drivers including Alex Palou, Pascal Wehrlein and Kyle Kirkwood; the top two classes field predominantly Platinum and Gold-rated drivers, while the lower classes include a broader amateur and semi-professional base.
